Onboarding
We begin with an onboarding process, during which we learn about your company and project needs. If you already have project requirements, we assist in refining them. Otherwise, we help you define the requirements and refine them later.
Prototyping
After that, we start prototyping and testing the ideas based on the requirements. This step helps us ensure that we are heading in the right direction by collecting feedback from you (the client) and from the users.
Development
Once ready to start development, we set up the milestones for the project and begin implementing and testing the features. The development is done in Kotlin using the latest Android SDK. We conduct both manual and automated tests to ensure quality and agility in future deployments.
Deployment
Once we finish an alpha version of the application, we can plan the deployment. We typically deploy the application to the main store, Google Play, and use an automated process to ensure everything goes smoothly. We generally conduct phased releases: first to internal users, then to a closed beta group, followed by an open beta, and finally going live to the public.
