We first schedule a meeting where we can introduce ourselves to each other. After that, you can explain your project, idea, or problem to us so we can begin understanding how best to help you.
2. Onboarding
If you decide to do business with us, we’ll move to the onboarding process, during which we learn about your company and project needs. If you already have project requirements, we assist in refining them. If not, we help you define the requirements and refine them later.
3. Execution
Once we begin implementation, we set up the project repository, configure the continuous integration system, and establish all other necessary services for the project. During this phase, we determine the best architecture, segment the code into modules to allow for code reuse.
4. Testing
During and after the implementation of the project, we conduct various types of testing to ensure that the project is delivered successfully to the client and its users. We perform automated tests to expedite the process after each deployment and also conduct manual testing to address aspects that cannot be automated.
5. Deployment
When the project is ready, we begin the deployment process. We start by creating a group of users to participate in alpha testing. This is typically a closed group of people we invite to start testing the app. Next, we conduct an open beta, where we provide a page for people to subscribe for early access to the project. Finally, if everything checks out, we proceed with the public release.
